KEVIN F. CAHILL
Kevin manages the firm’s Business Services Group, which handles a wide variety of business-related matters for clients of all sizes. Mr. Cahill’s representative areas of expertise include licensing, athlete and entertainer representation, endorsement consulting, trademark, intellectual property protection, business transactions, business formation, and generalized business consulting, among others.

Mr. Cahill has more than 17 years of corporate legal experience, most recently as Vice President of Business and Legal and General Counsel with The Upper Deck Company, the world’s largest trading card company, where he was responsible for all of the company’s corporate and licensing and transactional needs. Mr. Cahill has negotiated several thousand licensing transactions.

CHRIS STUART
Chris focuses on managing the firm’s licensing practice. Mr. Stuart has vast experience in negotiating licensing agreements with some of the world’s top athletes, professional sporting leagues and entertainment companies.

Mr. Stuart’s background in the complex licensing arena with high profile properties has afforded him with a unique understanding of what is required to handle the licensing needs of virtually any client. He has more than 14 years of corporate legal experience, most recently as Senior Director of Licensing with The Upper Deck Company, the world’s largest trading card company, where he was responsible for all of the company’s licensing.

BERN DUNIGAN
Bern has more than 15 years of licensing and marketing experience in the sports and high tech industries.

Before coming to Encore, he served as the Licensing Manager at The Upper Deck Company, managing athlete accounts such as Tiger Woods and LeBron James, among others, and was a company liaison with the major sports leagues (MLB, NFL, NBA) and corresponding players associations.

Prior to Upper Deck, Mr. Dunigan served in marketing roles with Oracle and the San Diego Chargers. Mr. Dunigan is a graduate of California State University, Chico.
